Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading and developing large, diverse finance teams.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork and strategic business partnering.
- Advanced analytics capability and experience with digital automation tools.
- Manufacturing experience recommended; MBA in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Profitability & Waste Elimination: build business cases and cost roadmaps to reduce operational waste.
- Strategic Business Partnering: collaborate with plant operations and controllers to guide financial decision-making.
- Capital Efficiency: oversee review, approval, and optimization of non-product capital spending.
- Financial Architecture: lead budgeting, forecasting, and closing across North American facilities with robust internal controls.
- Digital Transformation: champion and implement modern data tools (Alteryx, Power BI) to modernize the finance function.
