Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Honolulu offers a 2027 Finance Internship to learn how financial decisions shape growth in a hospitality business. Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or hospitality finance with interest in the internship.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Available to participate in a 10-week program (June - August) and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounting and Finance Team with daily tasks and reconciliations.
• Support monthly financial statements and reporting processes.
• Gain exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
