Job summary

Mars Petcare Finance Internship Experience offers a 10-week summer program exposing you to analytics, finance processes, and next-generation applications. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and present outcomes to senior leaders, building skills in data storytelling, analysis, and project ownership.

Outstanding performers may join the MFLE program after graduation and continue growing with Mars. We seek agile students majoring in Finance or Accounting, eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Agile students with drive for results and ability to build relationships.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
• Internship in the summer before final graduation date (rising seniors).
• Willingness to relocate to the internship site.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Drug and background screening required.
• Responsible for personal transportation to the works site during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist finance teams to unlock analytics capabilities and adopt next-gen applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership.
• Build skills in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Opportunity to join the MFLE program after graduation if performance is strong.
