Mars, Incorporated invites you to join its KIND Finance Internship Experience in Chicago. This 10-week summer program gives hands-on exposure to analytics, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

You will work on project-based assignments, develop data storytelling and process optimization skills, and have a clear path to potential full-time placement after graduation through MFLE.

Qualifications

• Agile mindset and drive for results with ability to build relationships quickly.
• Pursuing finance, accounting, or related business field studies.
• Willingness to relocate to the internship site and to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support finance teams to drive digital analytics, including adoption of next-gen applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership.
• Develop data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, and senior leader communication skills.
• Possibility to join full-time within the MFLE program after graduation and internship success.
