MARS, Incorporated invites applications for a Summer 2027 Mars Petcare Finance Internship (Finance). The intern will gain exposure to analytics, digital agenda, and collaboration with stakeholders, with visibility to senior leadership.

The program includes mentorship and Mars University resources to develop finance skills. Eligible candidates are finance or accounting majors, rising seniors, willing to relocate, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Finance or Accounting degree with strong academic record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Rising senior able to relocate to internship site.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Mars Petcare Finance by supporting analytics and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value through project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership.
• Develop skills in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Potential to join full-time within MFLE program after internship and evaluation.
