RTX is seeking a Summer Intern to join its Finance Organization, offering hands-on experience across Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Program/Contract Business Management, or Pricing/Proposal Development. The role supports a Strategic Business Unit with on-the-job training, and includes weekly development sessions to build both technical and soft skills.

Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Management, or another related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Summer Interns will support a Strategic Business Unit or Functional Area within Finance.
• Interns may take on assignments such as developing financial models, improving processes, and preparing projects for Finance Leadership.
