Job summary

RTX invites Summer Interns to explore aerospace finance. You will participate in a strategy-to-execution environment, supporting a Strategic Business Unit or Functional Area within our Finance Organization.

Interns will learn the company’s financials, structure, and commitments to customers while gaining exposure to FP&A, accounting, and pricing. This role blends on-site and hybrid work, with development sessions and hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support a Strategic Business Unit or Functional Area within Finance.
• Develop financial models and improve processes.
• Prepare projects to be presented to Finance Leadership.
