The program includes weekly development sessions to grow technical and soft skills, plus exposure to RTX products and customers. Qualified candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business/Finance/Economics/Math/Management with a 3.5 GPA or higher and prior internship

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the listed disciplines.
• Cumulative GPA 3.5 desired.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic business unit or functional area within Finance.
• Develop financial models and improve processes.
• Prepare individual and group projects for Finance Leadership review.
• Participate in weekly development sessions to learn financials and organization structure.
