RTX is seeking a Summer Intern in Finance to join a Strategic Business Unit or Functional Area within our Finance Organization. You will gain hands-on experience supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while learning how RTX operates and fulfills commitments to customers.

The role is hybrid, with opportunities to work on financial models, improve processes, and present projects to Finance Leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Management, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint.
• Coursework or projects that demonstrate finance or analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a Strategic Business Unit or Functional Area within Finance.
• Develop financial models, improve processes, and present projects to Finance Leadership.
• Gain exposure to RTX products, customers, tools, and processes with on-the-job training.
