Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Finance Intern to support Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Dispositions, Tax, and IT, reporting to the CFO. Duties include data analytics, financial review, and underwriting tasks during a June–August internship.

The role offers exposure to budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling in a full‑time, on‑site summer program with potential for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or business, or graduated in the last 12 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Willingness to take delegated tasks with moderate independence.
• Excellent time management for multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Collaborates across levels in Corporate Services for solutions.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for monthly/quarterly reviews and budget comparisons.
• Attend and prepare for meetings.
• Create and maintain basic financial models.
• Update unit and property workbooks.
• Assist with Property Data Base (PDB) Audit.
• Pull and format developer cash flow summaries.
