Job summary

Dominium offers a full-time, on-site Finance Intern position for Summer 2027, starting around June 8 and ending around August 20. The program includes exposure to Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Dispositions, Tax, and IT, with data analytics, financial reporting and valuations work under the CFO.

Applicants should be completing a bachelor’s in Finance or related field (or recent graduate within 12 months), possess strong Excel skills, and be comfortable with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or a business-related field, or have graduated within the previous 12 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and SQL is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for monthly and quarterly financial review meetings, budgets and distributions.
• Assist with data entry, financial reporting, and cash flow analyses.
• Support with refinance sizing, valuations, and portfolio analyses.
• Contribute to audits and maintenance of basic financial models.
