Job summary

Dominium seeks a Finance Intern to support Corporate Services across Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Dispositions, Tax, and IT at our Dallas office. The internship runs full-time from June 8, 2027 to August 20, 2027, with responsibilities including data analytics, financial statement reviews, monthly reporting, and cash flow analysis.

You will build basic financial models, assist with PDB audits, and collaborate with team members to prepare for meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines and work with moderate independence.
• Familiar with Power BI/Power Query/SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for monthly and quarterly reviews and distributions.
• Attend and prepare for meetings.
• Create and maintain basic financial models.
• Update unit and property workbooks.
• Assist with PDB Audit and cash flow summaries.
