Job summary

Dominium is offering a full-time, on-site Finance Treasury Intern position for Summer 2027, starting June 8 and ending August 20. The internship provides exposure to financial reporting, cash flow modeling, valuation, and asset management within a leading affordable housing company.

You'll support monthly analyses, maintain financial models, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Asset Management teams on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently earned bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work with colleagues across departments.
• Familiarity with Power BI/Power Query/SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial information for monthly and quarterly reviews and asset-related transactions.
• Maintain/update financial models, cash flow analyses, and valuation tools.
• Update unit, property, and portfolio tracking workbooks for reporting.
• Review financial statements and performance metrics to support analysis.
• Assist with PDB audits and data validation of financial data.
• Prepare cash flow summaries and other reporting materials.
• Participate in meetings, provide administrative and analytical support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Asset Management on special projects.
• Conduct data analysis to support planning, forecasting, underwriting, and portfolio management.
