Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Finance Intern for the Dallas Regional Office to support Corporate Services across Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Dispositions, Tax, and IT. The internship runs summer 2027, on-site, with exposure to data analytics, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis.

You will assist with creating financial models, updating financial workbooks, and supporting refinance sizing and valuations, while collaborating with team members across departments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a business-related field, or recent graduate within 12 months
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work with personnel at all levels in a team environment
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for monthly/quarterly reviews, distributions, refinances, and budget comparisons
• Attend and prepare for meetings
• Create and maintain basic financial models
• Update unit and property workbooks
• Assist with the Property Data Base (PDB) Audit
• Pull and format developer cash flow summaries
