Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, IS, Data Analytics, or related field, graduating by Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.2; 3.5+ preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Reside in the U.S. and not require employment sponsorship.
• Hybrid schedule: at least three days/week in Chicago HQ.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ROI for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare weekly retail sell-through reporting; analyze pricing, promotions, and market share.
• Use financial and retail data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Utilize Excel, AI, and automation tools to improve reporting and processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on analysis and special projects.
