Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Finance Intern to join the International Sales Organization in downtown Chicago. You will analyze financial and retail data, evaluate marketing investments, and provide insights to support business decisions. You will gain exposure to AI, automation, and finance processes.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with GPA 3.2+ (3.5 preferred), proficiency in Excel, and willingness to work a hybrid schedule at Motorola Mobility’s Chicago headquarters. U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field ( graduation by Summer 2028).
• Minimum GPA 3.2 (3.5 preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Reside in the U.S. and not require employment sponsorship.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule at Motorola Mobility’s downtown Chicago headquarters (3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer ROI for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare weekly retail sell-through reporting and analyze pricing, promotions, and market share.
• Use financial and retail data to identify trends and provide business insights.
• Use Excel, AI, and automation tools to improve reporting and recurring Finance processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams on analysis and special projects.
