Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Development/Construction Finance Intern for Summer 2027 at the Dallas Regional Office. The internship is full-time and on-site, running approximately June 8 to August 20, 2027.

The intern will support Corporate Services in Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Dispositions, Tax, and IT, performing data analytics, financial reviews, budgeting comparisons, and cash flow work. Strong Excel and communication skills are required; familiarity with Power BI/SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• This intern must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or have graduated within the last 12 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills are expected.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across Corporate Services (Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Dispositions, Tax, IT).
• Perform data analytics, financial statement reviews, and monthly reporting.
• Assist with refinance loan sizing, underwriting, and valuations.
• Maintain property and partnership valuations and cash flow distributions.
