Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Finance Intern to join our Dallas Regional Office for Summer 2027. This full-time, on-site internship provides exposure to Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Tax and IT under the CFO, with hands-on data analytics and financial modeling.

The role involves preparing financial materials, assisting with meetings, updating financial workbooks, and contributing to cash flow analyses and valuation work.

Qualifications

• This candidate is pursuing a Finance or business-related degree or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Team environment experience and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for monthly and quarterly reviews, distributions, refinances, and budgets.
• Attend and prepare for meetings.
• Create and maintain basic financial models.
• Update unit and property workbooks.
• Assist with the Property Data Base (PDB) Audit.
• Pull and format developer cash flow summaries.
