Job summary

Wipfli is seeking a Manager, Finance Integration & M&A to lead financial integration across acquired businesses, bridging diligence, FP&A, and execution within a high-growth environment.

The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, IT, Data, Operations, and external advisors to ensure seamless integration into the enterprise platform, delivering strong financial outcomes and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in finance, FP&A, corporate development, or M&A integration.
• Direct experience supporting mergers or acquisitions or business integrations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A due diligence by reviewing financial information, metrics, and assumptions.
• Lead finance-related integration activities for acquired companies and coordinate data migration.
• Develop and monitor synergy tracking, performance metrics, and post-acquisition reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional strategic projects and develop repeatable integration methodologies.
