Orion Group is seeking a Manager of Finance Integration to own the finance and accounting workstream across acquisitions, from diligence through the first close. You will build balance sheets, migrate systems, and drive audit readiness within our controllership framework.

You will support deal teams pre‑close and lead post‑close integration with the acquired company, balancing fast pace with rigorous controls across accounting, tax, and back‑office functions.

Competenze

• 8+ years in accounting or finance, with acquisitions/integration experience.
• Experience with business combination accounting, opening balance sheets, PPA, and third‑party valuation.
• Experience with quality of earnings or transaction diligence (buy or advisory).
• Ability to assess tax/legal exposure and quantify risk.
• Proven ability to implement or migrate accounting systems.
• On-site presence with travel expectations (50%+).

Mansioni

• Pre-CClose: support deal team, test earnings quality, assess exposure across accounting, tax, and legal.
• Post-CClose: open balance sheet, migrate to our processes, ensure audit readiness.
• Post-Close: convert acquired company to Orion processes, lead schedules, reconciliation standards, and migration to Orion platforms.
• Maintain and improve onboarding playbook, templates, and lead schedules for acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Group VPs of Finance and Integrations Manager to align regional efforts.
