Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Ensure all deals are fully funded in a timely manner.
• Accurately audits team deals post-sale.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
