Job summary

Webb Automotive is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the financing process for customers, structure profitable deals, and ensure compliance with title laws and regulations. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely funding, and strong customer satisfaction in our Northwest Indiana area dealerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance & communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support encouraged to apply.
• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present additional products to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Be proficient with title laws and the registration process.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Ensure deals are funded in a timely manner.
• Audit team deals post-sale.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
