Webb Automotive is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our Oak Lawn, IL team. The role focuses on arranging financing for customers, structuring profitable deals, and ensuring compliance with title and registration processes.

The ideal candidate brings dealership F&I experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a professional appearance. A background check and drug screen are required for employment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing and present add-ons.
• Structure deals for profitability and collectability.
• Proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Ensure deals are funded timely and audit post-sale.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Ensures that all deals are fully funded in a timely manner
• Accurately audits team deals post-sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance & communication skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply
• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
