Webb Automotive is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to lead dealership financing, structure profitable deals, and ensure compliance with title laws. You will work with lenders, present protected products, and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance & communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in arranging financing for their purchases and present additional products.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Be proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Ensure deals are funded in a timely manner.
• Audit team deals post-sale and ensure expeditious funding of contracts.

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Ensures that all deals are fully funded in a timely manner
• Accurately audits team deals post-sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
