Job summary

Pride Motor Group in Lynn, MA is seeking an F&I Manager to coordinate financing options and present product offerings to customers. You will desk deals, submit to lenders, and ensure compliance with laws while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Preferably at least 2 years experience as an F&I Manager.

Responsibilities
