Qualifications
- Doctorate/Master/Bachelor with progressive HR leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to Finance Sr. leadership to drive people, organization and culture
- Shaping talent and organizational strategy for a global Finance organization undergoing growth
- Lead organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives
- Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Amgen values
- Leverage workforce analytics to inform senior leadership decisions
- Support internal mobility and career development within Finance
