Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-first digital transformations and operating model design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction in a dynamic environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale, multi-year HR transformation projects from planning through execution.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Business Leaders to define strategy and roadmaps.
• Identify modernization, automation, and AI opportunities to improve HR impact at scale.
• Provide governance, status reporting, and KPI dashboards to executives.
• Mentor project team members and build PM capabilities within HR.
• Ensure alignment of scope, timelines, and resources across geographies.
