Amgen is seeking a Human Resources Director for its Rare Disease Business Unit. In this senior leadership role, you will shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes across Amgen’s Rare Disease business.

Reporting directly to the VP, HR for Global Markets & Policy, and dotted line to the SVP for Rare Disease, you will partner with the RDBU and Global Markets HR teams to guide talent strategy, leadership development, and

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Master’s degree and 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and change.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnerships to align people strategies with evolving business priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Drive organizational design and large-scale transformation initiatives across therapeutic areas.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies while maintaining employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent planning and compensation.
