Amgen is seeking a Director, HRBP for Finance to serve as a strategic advisor to senior Finance leaders. You will partner with the SVP and Finance leadership to drive business performance through people, organization, and culture.

You will shape talent and workforce strategies for a global Finance organization undergoing growth and transformation. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role offers opportunities to influence key decisions, lead complex initiatives, and collaborate with HR

Qualifications

Doctorate or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
Advanced degree preferred with 10+ years in HR in biotech/pharma.
Experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Strong analytics and workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership: align people strategies with business objectives and lead talent initiatives for Finance leadership.
Organizational Design & Transformation: guide operating model evolution and change management across Finance.
Talent & Leadership Development: drive succession planning and leadership development across the function.
Culture, Engagement & Inclusion: foster high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making: leverage workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: attract top leadership talent and plan capabilities for Finance.
Enterprise Leadership: collaborate across HR and business to deliver integrated people solutions.
