Job summary

Florida Atlantic University seeks a Director of Financial and Personnel Operations in Boca Raton, FL. This role serves as the primary contact for financial, budgetary, HR, and day-to-day operations of the College of Nursing.

You will oversee financial accounting, budget development, grants, purchasing, and overall fiscal management, partnering with the Dean and Provost to advance accreditation and reporting obligations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate field.
• Six years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's with eight years.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with the Provost's office on financial, budgetary, and HR matters.
• Develops and implements fiscal policies for the College of Nursing.
• Provides leadership in policy development with the Dean and Provost.
• Interacts with faculty, staff, and vendors on budgetary matters.
• Oversees personnel matters for the Dean and trains staff.
• Coordinates audits and prepares annual reports.
