Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings clearly.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for college and assigned university operating units, student accounts, clubs, organizations, and businesses as it relates to financial operations.
• Supervises full and part-time staff, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and development.
• Aligns financial guidelines with university policies and objectives.
• Reviews transactions and monitors revenue and expense activity for compliance.
• Prepares journal entries, budget transfers, and reconciliations; ensures proper use of funds.
