Job summary

Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Parish and School in Broomfield, Colorado seeks an Accounting and Human Resources Manager to oversee daily accounting, payroll, HR, and school tuition administration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least three years of progressively responsible accounting, payroll, HR, or business office experience preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity, ParishSOFT Accounting, and Finalsite Enrollment preferred, or demonstrated ability to learn comparable systems.
• Experience in a Catholic parish, school, nonprofit organization, or similarly complex organization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Parish and School general ledger records and ensure compliance with Archdiocesan requirements.
• Oversee biweekly payroll preparation, review, and reconciliation for Parish and School employees.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation; maintain employee records.
• Manage tuition ledger, billing cycles, and reconcile tuition payments in Finalsite Enrollment.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain internal controls, separation of duties, and audit documentation.
