Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online on a daily basis.
• Experience managing payroll for 30+ employees (Gusto or similar).
• Solid multi-state payroll tax compliance knowledge.
• HR administration experience including benefits and onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable across regions and revenue streams.
• Perform bank, credit card reconciliations, and GL reviews in QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L by class/region, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Administer bi-weekly payroll processing through Gusto for 40+ employees.
• Support tax preparation, audits, and insurance audits.
• Manage vendor relationships and payment processing.
• Oversee HR administration and benefits enrollment.
