Landrum is a trusted HR and business solutions partner actively seeking a Business Consultant to cover the Pensacola market. You will grow your territory by engaging with business owners and decision-makers, presenting tailored HR, payroll, staffing, and related solutions, and turning opportunities into long-term client relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, with a consultative, relationship-focused approach and a goal-driven mindset to drive

Formación

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, including at least 2 years with one employer.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably selling services to smaller organizations.
• Ability to communicate with owners, executives and decision-makers with a consultative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business by networking, referrals, research, trusted advisors and targeted prospecting.
• Own the sales process from outreach through presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Sell solutions, not just services, by matching clients with Landrum’s HR, payroll, staffing and related solutions.
• Build executive-level relationships with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and demonstrate value.
• Grow territory with a steady pipeline of qualified prospects and defined goals for contacts, proposals and new clients.
• Strengthen referral partnerships with trusted advisors and business partners.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, identify additional needs, and ensure long-term partnerships.
