The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/finance, HR experience, and strong Excel/Oracle ADP skills to support cross-functional operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting/finance experience.
• HR experience required; PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus.
• Payroll experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Wide Orbit, and ADP.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate financial results.
• Support monthly closings, forecasts and budgets with regional finance team.
• Manage employee relations and HR processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and expenses processing and approvals.
• Maintain asset management and real estate/tax reporting.
• Oversee fleet operations and inventory.
