Job summary

The Senior Manager, Finance and Grants at FP2030, part of the United Nations Foundation, leads grant financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance across the program. This role partners with FP2030 leadership, the UN Foundation Finance team, donors, and external partners to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.

The position is hybrid, based in Washington, DC, and is a one-year term with potential extension based on funding and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Eight+ years of grants management/financial management experience.
• Experience with bilateral, multilateral, governmental, or private funders; USAID preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP2030’s grant financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal stewardship.
• Oversee proposal budgets, grant implementation, cash flow, financial reporting, and grant closeout.
