The position reports to the Office of Finance and collaborates with executives to strengthen financial sustainability and program outcomes, with a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Five years of professional experience as a grant accountant or financial analyst.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; GAAP proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management, monitoring, reporting, and compliance of grants and contracts.
• Develop budgets, perform financial analyses, cost allocations, and prepare audits.
• Lead in annual budgeting, grant proposals, re-budgeting, and budget narratives.
• Analyze personnel, fringe, occupancy, and indirect costs for compliance.
• Support accounting processes and Cost Allocation Plan improvements.
• Identify process improvements to optimize funding utilization and reduce risk.
