Responsibilities

• Supports financial operations including budget management, procurement, expense and payroll corrections, reconciliations, financial analysis and forecasting.
• Reviews transactions for accuracy and compliance with university guidelines; approves travel, purchasing, and PCard transactions.
• Maintains Contracts and Grants financial tracker; supports year-end close-out and carryforward planning.
• Drafts SOPs, implements financial tools and institutional reporting; supports scholarship administration.
