Job summary

Ampere Computing in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Finance FPA & Reporting Analyst for a 6-7 month temporary staff augmentation role. You will join the Management Reporting Team to support close, forecast, and reporting in a hybrid office setting.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA a plus), 5+ years in finance or systems implementation, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Systems Implementation.
• Proven financial close and reporting cycle skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute core finance deliverables: journal entries, financial statement analysis, forecasted cash flow statements.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external consultants to improve processes.
• Create training materials and process documentation; update narratives and policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose forward paths when hurdles arise.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
