Job summary

Ampere Computing seeks a Finance Systems Project Manager for a temporary staff augmentation role in Portland. You will lead a NetSuite rollout, drive the project plan, train users, and manage change across Finance and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Finance or Systems Implementation, strong PM skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid work and a 4-month engagement with weekly pay and benefits through a staffing vendor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance and/or Systems Implementation.
• Proven Project Management skills.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively while driving results.

Responsibilities

• Create a Project Plan for going live with new NetSuite tracking capability.
• Drive execution of the plan with inputters, users, and reporting deliverables.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering, P&C to optimize processes.
• Create training materials and process documentation; update policies.
• Troubleshoot hurdles and propose forward paths.
• Contribute to a fun, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
