Job summary

Ampere is seeking a Finance FP&A Analyst for a 6-7 month contingent staff augmentation on the Management Reporting Team, based in Portland, Oregon. The role centers on financial close, forecasting, and reporting cycles, with an emphasis on controls and processes. It is a hybrid work arrangement through a staffing vendor.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA a plus) and 5+ years in Finance or Systems Implementation, with strong analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute core finance deliverables: create journal entries, analyze financial statements, create and analyze forecasted cash flow statements.
• Partner across Finance, Accounting, IT, external consultants to update, maintain and create efficient processes to get the job done.
• Create training materials, process documentation as well as updates to narratives and accounting policies.
• Troubleshoot and recommend paths forward as hurdles arise

Ampere is seeking to fill a temporary staff augmentation Finance FPA role on the Management Reporting Team supporting our Finance Department for an anticipated period of 6-7 months.

Scope Of Work

Ampere’s Finance team is seeking a proactive and driven FPA Analyst to support a finance team processes and projects. In this role, you will participate in financial close, forecasting and reporting cycles, and management and external reporting. You will support operational excellence, controls and efficiency while helping maintain Ampere’s controls and financial close and reporting standards. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, driven and understands data flows, financial statements and core data/systems.

Engagement Arrangements

As a Contingent Worker, you will work as an employee of a Staffing Vendor firm, who provides staff augmentation and payroll services for Ampere Computing. The staffing firm offers weekly pay based on approved timecard submittal, medical benefits, and other employment benefits, based on eligibility. The hourly pay range for this role is between $57.21 and $86.06 per hour.

The role is based at Ampere’s Portland, Oregon office. This role will have a hybrid work arrangement.
