• Create training materials, process documentation, as well as updates to narratives and accounting policies.
• Troubleshoot and recommend paths forward as hurdles arise.
• Contribute to a fun, positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Ampere is seeking to fill a temporary staff augmentation Finance Systems Project Manager role supporting our Finance Department for an anticipated period of 4 months.

Scope Of Work

Ampere’s Finance team is seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to support a targeted system capability implementation. In this role, you will drive user acceptance, training, and change management. You will support operational excellence, controls and efficiency while maintaining Ampere’s controls and financial close and reporting standards. This position is well suited for someone who is organized and driven to push execution across multiple organizations.

Deliverables

As a core member of the Finance team, responsibilities will include:

• Create a Project Plan for going live with new project tracking system capability in NetSuite.

Education, Skills, & Experience Desired

Engagement Arrangements

As a Contingent Worker, you will work as an employee of a Staffing Vendor firm, who provides staff augmentation and payroll services for Ampere Computing. The staffing firm offers weekly pay based on approved timecard submittal, medical benefits, and other employment benefits, based on eligibility. The hourly pay range for this role is between $74.28 and $111.30 per hour.

The role is based at Ampere’s Portland, Oregon office. This role will have a hybrid work arrangement.
