Transamerica is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead regulatory reporting and forecast oversight. The role focuses on consolidated capital reporting and Bermuda regulatory reporting within a dynamic Finance team.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and ensure strong controls while partnering across finance to support strategic initiatives and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of accounting/finance experience including three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong people management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Advanced MS Office, Excel and financial business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a FP&A team responsible for regulatory reporting and forecast coordination and analysis.
• Adapt department plans to address resource and operational challenges.
• Develop team talent through coaching, prioritization, feedback, and succession planning.
• Ensure work is performed in a control environment and may act as a process owner.
• Influence and lead a team to align with department strategy and values.
