Job summary

Transamerica Corporation is seeking a Senior FP&A leader to drive capital and regulatory reporting, consolidate forecasts, and coordinate budgets. You will guide cross-functional teams across Finance and collaborate with the Chief Investment Office to deliver accurate and insightful analysis.

The role requires a strong track record in leadership, advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency, and experience in capital and statutory reporting. A hybrid work model applies with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of accounting/finance experience including eight years of management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of assigned business area (e.g. investments, premiums, corporate finance).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel and financial business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a FP&A team responsible for capital and regulatory reporting deliverables and forecast coordination.
• Oversee preparation of capital-related reporting packages for senior management and governance committees.
• Provide technical expertise on capital reporting, statutory reporting, and forecast analysis; serve as SME and escalation point.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Tax, Investments, and other FP&A teams to align reporting and forecasts.
