Transamerica in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to own consolidated capital reporting, Bermuda regulatory reporting, and forecast oversight within our Finance – General team. You will manage and coach a high-performing group, adapt plans to changing priorities, and ensure control-minded processes while aligning with the department’s strategy and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of accounting/finance experience with three years supervisory/management.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office and financial systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A responsible for regulatory reporting and forecast coordination.
• Adapt department plans to address resources and operational challenges.
• Develop team talent through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
• Ensure work is performed in a controlled environment.
• Influence and lead the team to align with department strategy.
