Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a senior FP&A leader to guide capital and regulatory reporting within the Finance organization. You will drive consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting while partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings extensive accounting/finance experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of regulatory capital frameworks, with a focus on accuracy, control, and scalable processes. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of accounting/finance experience including eight years in a management role.
• Extensive knowledge of investments, premiums, corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team responsible for capital and regulatory reporting, forecast coordination, and management reporting.
• Oversee capital-related reporting packages for senior management and governance committees.
• Provide technical expertise on capital, statutory, and forecast analysis; serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point.
