Omninet Capital is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily property in the Orlando area. This role requires strong financial and analytical skills and will interface with executives, tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical skills are required.
• Must be capable of creating and reviewing financial spreadsheets with Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
• Detail oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional and Property Managers with operations, financial transactions and recordkeeping at assigned multi-family properties.
• Communicate with and provide reports to corporate office as requested.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready.
• Maintain advertising campaigns and show vacancies.
• Complete resident applications and rental agreements.
• Accept and record deposits; coordinate move-ins.
• Ensure rental activities comply with state and federal laws.
• Manage revenue by collecting and depositing rents; issue notices and rent increases.
• Maintain financial records: rent rolls, receipts, petty cash.
