Responsibilities

• Assist Regional and Property Managers with operations and financial transactions.
• Provide reports to corporate office as requested.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready.
• Complete resident applications and rental agreements.
• Record deposits; schedule and coordinate move-ins.
• Ensure renting activities comply with state and federal laws.
• Maintain rent rolls and receipts; keep petty cash logs.
• Supervise on-site maintenance and contractors.
• Communicate with staff and management; prepare reports.
