Gwinnett Place Nissan in Duluth, GA is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the customer loan origination process and present F&I options clearly and professionally to every buyer.

You will build and maintain lender relationships, structure deals with multiple lenders, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain records. You’ll drive performance, recurring monthly reports, and a smooth, high-energy customer experience at a fast-growing Metro Atlanta dealership.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of dealership F&I experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive lending and compliance.
• Ability to structure deals with multiple lenders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan origination and approval process.
• Build relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners.
• Evaluate financing needs and present payment options clearly and professionally.
• Present finance and other dealership products based on customer needs.
• Secure lender approvals and structure transactions effectively.
• Ensure transactions are legal, ethical, and compliant with requirements.
• Maintain records and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly finance, product penetration, and income targets.
• Create a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience.
