Sonic Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager for BMW of Monrovia in Monrovia, CA. The role focuses on meeting sales quotas and gross objectives by selling finance and insurance products to customers.

The candidate will coordinate with multiple finance sources, manage paperwork, and train sales staff while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Strong communication and financial knowledge are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Degree or commensurate experience in finance.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing: background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Make a monthly projection of vehicle requirements by department for the next 90 days.
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
• Sell Extended Warranties and all other aftermarket items.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with finance sources (factory and others).
• Submit paperwork to finance sources and obtain approval on all deals.
• Meet with each salesperson daily to review results and plan actions.
• Conduct sales meetings.
• Coordinate pre-delivery with the Service Manager.
• Provide on-the-job training for salespeople.
• Handle all rate quotations.
• Check paperwork for title, lien information, taxes, etc. and establish monthly objectives.
• Log sales income and verify insurance with customers, deposits, and trade payoffs.
